OK 'david', I agree the website may not properly reflect the trips but the experiences, the people and the sites were incredible. Anyway, rather than tell us our trips were rubbish why don't you tell us about one you have done or would recommend - we are always willing to learn.

But both your dad, Ulloo Raj and the others think it would be a great idea soon. We are pleased that you are keeping an eye on the world situation. Thailand is a good suggestion but so was Greece - let's see how it goes.

Happy New Year Ulloos, Dillon, other fans and everyone else who happens on this webpage. May 2011 bring you all peace and happiness.
Dillon, your suggestion of New York for a mini ulloo trip will be put to ulloos, but as you have realised it does take ulloos a while to agree suitable dates and destinations. Wembley was a chance to discuss but ulloos did no agree. One date that is fixed is the annual ulloo run, the London 10K, on 30th May. Let's see if more ulloos do the run this year.

Hi Dillon. I think the ulloos have decided not to go to Iran this year. We know it is an interesting country with friendly people, but with current world events and the challenges of securing visas it is not really practical for us this year. Slovakia is an intriguing suggestion which I will discuss with Ulloos. Have you been there? Best wishes.

Iran is a wonderful country and I have a few friends from there. The media distorts its image & reputation. The people of Iran are very friendly - but getting visas is difficult. One day we will make it!

Hi Dillon. Nice to hear from you again. Unfortunately I don't think Barbados is a destination that will be selected by ulloos, its reputation is too much of a beach/family holiday. Actually, Peru is coming out as favourite but let's see. What do you think of Peru? Samji was at the India v Sri Lanka cricket match in Mumbai. He described it as a once in a lifetime experience - I agree. Ulloos are looking forward to hearing more about this, his travels in Sri Lanka and India, and hopefully he will post some pictures on the website soon.

Hi Dillon. How are you? Sri Lanka would be a near perfect destination for Ulloos. People who have visited there speak very highly of their experiences, including Ulloo Samji who recently visted there for the cricket world cup. I think he will find it too early for a return, but I am sure it will be on Ulloo radar for a future ulloo trip. Keep those suggestions coming in.

I have two sons. Roop (18) and Rai (16). Yes, I was thinking of going camping in August but Rai insisted on somewhere a little different. So we are going to Lebanon for a week (20-28 Aug) and following in the footsteps of the Ulloos but hope to see places we did not get to visit then. It would have been great to go camping with you and your dad but will now have to wait until next year.

Hi Dilllon. Sorry for not replying earlier. South Pacific is in deed a great suggestion for an ulloo destination but I think this time you may have picked one place that is even too rough and too far for the ulloos. Thank you Sheikh, for your appreciation and the offer of goats to take back with us although somehow I doubt the UK officials at Heathrow will allow us to take them through. Anyhow it's a nice thought. I have been to Saudi Arabia three times already (Jeddah, Rhiyadh and Dammam) and will return in two week's time. Never drank camel's milk so I'll look out for it this time. Yes, I agree you live in a wonderful country and maybe one day all Ulloos will be blessed to visit it (inshallah). Raj

Hi Dillon. It's good to hear from you again. It seems, like the ulloos, that you have been busy as well. How are you doing? You may be right that we do not get many visitors to the ulloo website but as long as we have you visiting - we have quality visitors. I think we may have to interface to other social media such as facebook or twitter to attract more attention, I will discuss with ulloos and see what they think. Some of the ulloos are running the Bupa London 10K on May 27th and hopefully all of us will meet up then. So far we have Uzbekistan and now Argentina as possible next ulloo destinations- keep your suggestions coming in. ulloos are looking forward to meeting you soon on one of the ulloo outings. Take care for now.

Hi Dillon

Good to hear from you again. Argentina? Good idea! For a weekend.....erm... to see the airport you mean? For Ulloo14 I have suggested Uzbekistan. Different, so much history, culture & lanscape to offer. I agree with the WiseWebthingy (whoever that is) - its quality and and not quantity that we should attract to our site.
But I have no idea what interspacing with bookface or twitting is all about. No doubt he will explain when we meet up at London 10K in two weeks time.
